Semiconductor Technologies & Instruments Pte Ltd (“STI”) was incorporated in 1997 following the merger of two business units of Texas Instruments (Quality Assurance System, Dallas and Process Automation Centre, – Singapore) with the equipment division of a Singapore-based company. Building on the strong technological pedigree, STI has since established itself as a leading provider of semiconductor inspection solutions in the global market.
Our global outreach includes renowned semiconductor customers engaged in the manufacturing of chips for the automotive, smartphone, communication, computer, consumer, storage, industrial and military/aerospace sectors.
Headquartered in Singapore, STI has sales and customer service channels in China, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and Europe.
