TR-48MK3 – Tape & Reel System with 2D Inspection

The TR-48III is a fully automated high speed Tray Taping System that combines high performance with ease of operation. The system design provides an in-pocket implied 2D vision inspection for mark and lead, and has an auto sort reject management capability. As with all STI taping, this system has a de-taping feature that allows ‘rework’, removing devices from carrier tape back into tray.
